STEP-1. From the layers panel, select the Background layer.
STEP-2. Press the right-click button on the Background Layer. You need to duplicate the Layer. For duplicating the layer you will also find Panel Option. Duplicate windows will pop up.
STEP-3. In the box, type a name in the AS text field. Other remaining fields should remain empty. The reason for duplicating the file is to keep a backup of the original file in case anything goes wrong.
STEP-4. In the Layer panel, uncheck the layer visibility eye mark to remove the visibility of the background layer.
STEP-5. From tools, the panel selects the Lasso tool. Using the Lasso tool follow around the area you want to keep.
The Lasso marquee displays around the selected item.
STEP-6. To select the background you want to remove, select the inverse from the select menu. The Lasso marquee shows around the foundation.
STEP-7. Press Delete to evacuate the foundation. The Photoshop transparency matrix shows. Press CTRL+D to deselect the background.
STEP-8. Extra foundation components can be removed utilizing any of the Photoshop selection apparatuses to choose the undesirable area and pressing Delete. Tip: The Magic Wand Tool can be utilized to choose background area that is generally a similar color
STEP-9. Create a new layer to add a different background. You can also keep the original layer as a part of the image by turning of visibility of the layer.
